Smoky pork parcels
Ingredients

 

  • 800g pork mince
  • 250g ricotta cheese
  • 100ml smoky BBQ sauce
  • 150g bacon, diced
  • 100g tasty cheese, grated
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
Method

 

  1. Mix pork with ricotta cheese, smoky sauce, diced bacon and grated cheese.
  2. Cut pastry sheets into 4 squares.
  3. Place 100g of mixture in the centre of each pastry square.
  4. Fold pastry in half and crimp edges.
