Pork instant noodle pots
Ingredients

 

  • Oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 150g pork mince
  • 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • ½ tsp white sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp black sesame seeds
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander stems
  • 2 instant miso soup sachets, or I gel chicken stock cube
  • 60g grated carrot
  • 100g finely diced zucchini
  • 80g rice vermicelli noodles
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
  • Sliced red chilli to garnish, optional
Method

 

  1. Heat pan over high heat, add a little oil and sauté ginger and garlic for 30 seconds, add pork mince. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring to break up mince. When mince is cooked add hoisin sauce, cook a further 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  2. Stir sesame seeds, spring onions and coriander stems into pork mix.
  3. To assemble noodle jars: divide the cooked pork mince evenly between jars. Sprinkle ½ sachet of miso on top of mince.
  4. Add layers of grated carrot, zucchini and vermicelli noodles. Add some coriander leaves and chilli slices on top.
