Pork and mushroom cannelloni
Ingredients

 

  • 250g pork mince
  • 2 large flat mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 30g baby spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 40g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 120g sour cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Cracked black pepper to taste
  • 12 cannelloni tubes
Method

 

  1. Combine all filling ingredients together.
  2. Pipe or stuff prepared pork filling into cannelloni tubes. Allow approximately 40g per tube.
  3. Sell as is, or tray up in take home trays.
