Ingredients

 

  • 500g pork mince
  • 30g Australian dried apricots, diced
  • 30g Australian dried pear, diced
  • 80g camembert cheese, diced
  • 50g dukkah
Method

 

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the pork mince, dried apricot, dried pear, and camembert. Then Mix well throughout the mince.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions, and form into balls.
  3. In a shallow tray spread out the dukkah and roll the formed balls to coat the outside.
  4. Butchers tip: It would be a good idea to stock the dukkah that you use in store to gain an easy upsell. Dukkah is a great additional product to have instore as it has a long shelf life.
