Pork lasagna stack
Ingredients

 

  • 1kg pork mince
  • 375ml Italian tomato sauce
  • 50g spinach
  • 200g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 12 sheets fresh lasagna
Method

 

  1. Reserve 3 tablespoon of tomato sauce. Mix pork mince and remaining tomato sauce together.
  2. Place ¼ of the pork mix in the base of the foil tray.
  3. Top with a small handful of spinach, then a lasagna sheet, then ¼ of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering 3 more times.
  4. Finish by covering the top layer of lasagna with the reserved tomato sauce and a generous amount of grated mozzarella.
  5. Garnish with spring onions and parsley.
