Ingredients

 

  • 600g coarse English breakfast sausage mix, uncased
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 100g black pudding
  • 6 rashers streaky bacon, rindless
Method

 

  1. Mix parsley through sausage mix.
  2. Lay 2 rounds of black pudding on top of each sausage.
  3. Slice black pudding into 12 thin rounds, remove casing.
  4. Divide sausage mix into 6 equal portions and shape into small oval shapes.
  5. Slice each rasher of bacon in half and wrap 2 strips around each sausage, encasing the black pudding.
