Ingredients
- 600g coarse English breakfast sausage mix, uncased
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 100g black pudding
- 6 rashers streaky bacon, rindless
Method
- Mix parsley through sausage mix.
- Lay 2 rounds of black pudding on top of each sausage.
- Slice black pudding into 12 thin rounds, remove casing.
- Divide sausage mix into 6 equal portions and shape into small oval shapes.
- Slice each rasher of bacon in half and wrap 2 strips around each sausage, encasing the black pudding.
