Asian pork balls
Ingredients

 

  • 2kg pork mince
  • 150g breadcrumbs
  • 125 ml water
  • 20g cabbage, very finely shredded
  • 1 x 220g can water chestnuts, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lemon grass, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bunch chives, diced
Method

 

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Roll into balls, approximately walnut size.
  3. Tray up ready for sale.
