Ingredients

 

  • 4 x 200g pork loin steaks cut 2cm thick
  • 60g garlic butter
  • 100g grated parmesan cheese
  • 200g panko breadcrumbs
  • 100g flour
  • 200ml egg wash
Method

 

  1. Cut a pocket into the loin steaks and pipe garlic butter into the cavity.
  2. Combine parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs,
  3. Lightly flour the pork steaks, dip into egg wash then crumb, ensuring a good cover of crumbs.
