Pork kiev
- 4 x 200g pork loin steaks cut 2cm thick
- 60g garlic butter
- 100g grated parmesan cheese
- 200g panko breadcrumbs
- 100g flour
- 200ml egg wash
- Cut a pocket into the loin steaks and pipe garlic butter into the cavity.
- Combine parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs,
- Lightly flour the pork steaks, dip into egg wash then crumb, ensuring a good cover of crumbs.
