3 cheese pork sausage pastry
- 6 thick pork sausages, skin removed
- 300g grated cheddar cheese
- 300g mozzarella
- 300g feta
- Frozen puff pastry sheets
- Peppercorns to garnish
- Cut a slit in the sausage and butterfly.
- Place 50g of each cheese onto the butterflied sausage then reform sausage to incase the cheese. Place sausage in the center of puff pastry sheet.
- Cut pastry around the sausage into 1cm strips then wrap decoratively over the sausage until fully covered.
- Garnish the pastry with peppercorns.
