Ingredients

 

  • 6 thick pork sausages, skin removed
  • 300g grated cheddar cheese
  • 300g mozzarella
  • 300g feta
  • Frozen puff pastry sheets
  • Peppercorns to garnish
Method

 

  1. Cut a slit in the sausage and butterfly.
  2. Place 50g of each cheese onto the butterflied sausage then reform sausage to incase the cheese. Place sausage in the center of puff pastry sheet.
  3. Cut pastry around the sausage into 1cm strips then wrap decoratively over the sausage until fully covered.
  4. Garnish the pastry with peppercorns.
