USA style pulled pork pies
- 1 batch of Pulled Pork Mixture (around 1.2kg)
- Instant mash potato, allow 200g finished product per pie
- 2/3 cup (170g) frozen peas
- 2/3 cup (170g) frozen corn
- 8 premade pie shells in foil pie tins
- Grated cheese to garnish
- Make mash potato mixture, according to packet directions. Set aside to cool down.
- Mix through peas and corn into pulled pork mixture.
- Divide evenly between pie shells.
- Pipe mash potato mixture on to pies or cover pies with mash, finish the top with a fork.
