Pork tortilla pockets
- 200g pork neck strips
- 50g red capsicum
- 50g caramelised onion
- 50g grated tasty cheese
- ½ teaspoon Cajun spice mix
- 1 packet tortilla pockets
Garnish
- Grated cheese, extra
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- In a bowl mix pork strips, capsicum, onion, cheese and spice mix.
- Fill into tortilla pockets.
- Garnish with extra cheese, sliced spring onion and chilli.
