Pork tortilla pockets
Ingredients

 

  • 200g pork neck strips
  • 50g red capsicum
  • 50g caramelised onion
  • 50g grated tasty cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun spice mix
  • 1 packet tortilla pockets

Garnish

  • Grated cheese, extra
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
Method

 

  1. In a bowl mix pork strips, capsicum, onion, cheese and spice mix.
  2. Fill into tortilla pockets.
  3. Garnish with extra cheese, sliced spring onion and chilli.
