Mexican pulled pork boats
Ingredients

 

  • 1 batch pulled pork mixture, approximately 1.2kg
  • 2 x 400g can Mexican style bean mix, drained
  • 2 packs tortilla taco boats (can be purchased from your local supermarket)
  • Grated cheese to garnish
  • Crushed corn chips to garnish
Method

 

  1. Mix beans through the pulled pork mixture.
  2. Evenly divide mixture into taco boats.
  3. Garnish each boat with grated cheese and crushed corn chips.
