Ingredients

 

  • 1kg pork shoulder or scotch, diced
  • 300ml char siu sauce
  • 2 carrots, finely sliced
  • 200g snow peas, sliced
  • 2 brown onions, diced
Method

 

  1. In a large bowl, mix diced pork with char siu sauce, carrot, snow peas and onions.
  2. Lay out 6 sheets of baking paper and divide the pork mixture evenly into 6 portions.
  3. Roll each parcel like a bon-bon and tie with string at each end.
  4. Garnish with sliced spring onion and parsley for cabinet display.
