From 7 - 11 August, APL’s PorkStar program was at Taste Port Douglas - Food & Drink Festival, presented by the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort for its 8th season return. 
 

Australian Pork took centre stage during the four-day event, which showcased the talents of our PorkStar chefs, while guests indulged in a four-day culinary feast featuring masterclasses, signature long lunches, celebrity chef-led dinners, cocktail soirees, and the ultimate foodie celebration. 
 

Amidst the stunning backdrop of Tropical North Queensland, attendees immersed themselves in the expertise of renowned Australian chefs and hospitality professionals celebrating all things deliciously Australian pork.
