Last week, APIQ Management and our third-party audit organisation, AUS-MEAT Ltd, undertook a 3-day APIQ auditor training program in Murray Bridge, South Australia.

APIQ Auditor, Andrew Borgmeyer, assisted with the on-farm training component held at Mt Boothby Pastoral Co’s breeder and grow-out sites.

We are extremely thankful to Andrew Johnson and his team for hosting the training group, which included several APL staff. 

Robyn Tucker from Livestock Environmental and Planning and Dr Sarah Jenkins from APIAM Animal Health also provided presentations on APIQ’s Environment, and Animal Health and Welfare modules.

AUS-MEAT now have 13 active auditors in the field for the APIQ program.
