On 19 August, Australian Pork’s PorkStar program supported the Gourmet Traveller Restaurant of the Year Awards in Sydney, held at Catalina Rose Bay.  
 
The event hosted over 120 foodservice professionals from across the country. 
 
The awards, which PorkStar have supported for the past five years, acknowledge the innovation of dedicated individuals in the hospitality industry. 
 
Best New Restaurant went to King Clarence in Sydney; a menu packed full of incredible pork dishes. 
 
PorkStar presented the Chef of the Year award, this year going to Sydney-based chef Pasi Petänen of Cafe Paci.
