Judging for the 2024 Australian Meat Industry Council Australian Charcuterie Excellence Awards (ACEA) wrapped up on Tuesday 9 July, this year saw a surge in entries totalling 835 across 35 categories within 10 classes, 19% up on last year. 

All entries were assessed against set judging criteria and are in the running to receive either Gold, Silver or Bronze medals, with Gold winners vying for the coveted Category Champion award. 

Winners will be announced at the ACEA Awards night on 29 August 2024, at the Shangri La Hotel, Sydney. 

The 2024 Smallgoods Summit will be held the following morning 30 August 2024.
