Australian Pork Partners with Laundy Hotels to celebrate the mighty pork schnitty

In celebration of the next iteration of the Get Some Pork On Your Fork campaign, featuring the pork schnitzel, we have partnered with Laundy Hotels, one of Australia’s leading pub groups, for the month of September.
Executive Chef Jamie Gannon has created three variations of the classic pork schnitty – including duck egg and pancetta; fennel slaw and pesto and pork schnitty with a classic chips and salad combo.
For Gannon, pork is a personal favourite. “I personally have a soft spot for Australian pork. Pork ticks a lot of the boxes and it’s cost effective and doesn’t fluctuate in price like the other proteins….easy to cook and bloody delicious.”
This campaign launched on Father’s Day, celebrates World Schnitzel Day on 9 September and remains for the rest of September where people are reminded “Remember, Remember, pork schnitty September”.
The campaign launched with the cover and a feature in the Hotelier Magazine and is supported in venue, and through PR and social.
