APL is excited to be a part of the upcoming Australian Meat Industry Council (AMIC) 2023 Smallgoods Summit.

The Summit will be hosted on Friday 25 August in Melbourne and will be followed by an Industry Gala Dinner, where the winners of this year’s Australian Charcuterie Excellence Awards will be announced.

The day will be facilitated by Richard Cornish from the Good Food Guide and will be packed with a diverse and interactive agenda.
