The Annual General Meeting of Australian Pork Limited (ABN 83 092 783 278) (APL) will be held on Thursday 23 November 2023 commencing at 1:00pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time) in Melbourne.

Members will be advised of the meeting venue when the full Notice of 2023 AGM is published and circulated no less than 28 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

The business of the Annual General Meeting will include:

  • Receiving and considering the financial statements of the company, with the reports of the Directors and Auditor in respect of year ended 30 June 2023
  • Setting Auditor’s remuneration for the year ending 30 June 2024
  • Electing two ‘Elected Directors’
  • Ratifying the appointment of one ‘Specialist Director’
  • Considering resolutions (if any) proposed to the company by Members and Delegates prior to the annual return date of 8 September 2023

The APL Annual Report will be made available via the APL website, with relevant meeting papers circulated to Members, Associate Members, Delegates, Directors, and the Auditor no less than 28 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

In determining a Member’s voting rights, if the Pig Slaughter Levy Amount paid by a Member has changed since last reported to APL, or if a Member chooses to revoke the standing consent associated with their PigPass Declaration, the Member may provide a new statutory declaration to APL prior to the return date.
