All entries have been submitted and judging is underway for the 2024 Australian Charcuterie Excellence Awards (ACEA). 

There were 19% more entries this year, with 35% of entries being in the Ham and Bacon categories. The ACEA is a celebration of excellence, craftsmanship, and innovation.

Winners will be announced at the ACEA Awards night on 29 August 2024, at the Shangri La Hotel, Sydney. 

The 2024 Smallgoods Summit will be held the following morning 30 August 2024, from 8:30am. 

This year’s Summit features an impressive lineup of speakers and panelists.
