The PigPass Helpdesk team would like to wish you a happy and safe Christmas.
Our office is closed from 25th December to 1st January inclusive. The PigPass Helpdesk will not be monitored on the public holidays (Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day) and the Helpdesk will be operated on reduced staff during all other times throughout this period.
Producers should leave a voicemail during this period and a member of the PigPass team will return your call as soon as possible. Calls will be returned on business days only, not on public holidays.
Helpdesk services will return to normal from Thursday 2nd January.
Producers are reminded that if they have sick pigs, to call their vet. If they see any suspicious health symptoms in their pigs, call the Emergency Animal Disease hotline at 1800 675 888 immediately.
